Start the week off with delicious roasted chicken thighs. With juicy grapes and caramelised shallots, this easy meal is just as good for entertaining as it is for a busy weeknight. Next on the menu is gnocchi bolognese. Ready in under half an hour, it’s a nice twist on classic spaghetti bolognese. Round out the week with moreish Turkish gozleme. These savoury homemade flatbreads are stuffed full of spinach and feta, then panfried until golden. Yum!

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Roasted Chicken Thighs • Gnocchi Bolognese • Spinach and Feta Gozleme.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
I would go for a red this week - try a Pinot Noir.

OTHER NOTES:
Have a little more baby spinach than needed? Try stirring it into the gnocchi bolognese. It's also great on buttered toast underneath poached or scrambled eggs!
