Say hello to a week of super quick and easy meals - you won’t even need to switch the oven on! First on the menu is chicken fettuccine. It’s indulgent but still nutritious with added veggies and lite cream cheese instead of cream. Next up is popular chilli con carne (about time it featured on one of the menus!). Serve on rice and load up with all the tasty toppings. Finish the week with prawn tacos. With crispy prawns, slaw and avocado, they’re ready in just 20 minutes. Happy cooking!

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!): A Rosé would work well with all of the meals.
OTHER NOTES: You may notice there is a little bit of cream cheese left over (if you purchased the standard 250g tub). I did this on purpose as I wanted some to have on toast with avocado and tomato! Please feel free to add it all to the sauce if you prefer!
