Happy 2019! This week’s menu features fresh, light recipes. First is a chicken and nectarine summer salad. The combo of flavours is unusual but works well. Chargrilled steak with kumara cakes and grilled corn is next, and can be done on the barbecue. Finish the week with zucchini, pea and feta fritters, made even better with bacon or smoked salmon!
