1 Baby spinach or baby kale are good alternatives.

2 Can be swapped for capsicum.

3 Try 450g / 1lb prime beef mince or chicken tenderloins instead (non-vegetarian option).

4 For a budget option, swap for 10 chicken drumsticks.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Replace tortillas with gluten-free tortillas or wraps. Use gluten-free soba noodles or replace with rice vermicelli. Check mirin is gluten-free and use gluten-free soy sauce.
