1 If you don’t like fish, use chicken tenderloins instead.
2 I used frozen mixed veggies with carrots, peas, corn and beans. Can be replaced with fresh carrots and beans.
3 If you don’t want to use lentils, increase mince to 600g / 1lb 5oz.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Check dip is gluten-free. If using garlic bread, replace with an artisan gluten-free loaf and butter or garlic butter. Use gluten-free instant lasagne sheets, gluten-free soy sauce, plain gluten-free flour and a gluten-free beef stock cube.
