CRISPY CHICKEN WRAPS  |  BRINNER STACKS  |  SWEET POTATO, ORANGE AND HALOUMI SALAD

FRESH PRODUCE

  • Baby spinach (120g / 4.2oz)
  • Fancy lettuce (1/2)
  • Snow peas1 (100g / 3.5oz)
  • Oranges (2)
  • Lemon (1)
  • Avocado (1 large)
  • Carrot (1 large)
  • Portobello mushrooms (4 large / 250g)
  • Orange kumara / sweet potato (800g / 1lb 12oz)
  • Red onion (1 small)

 

MEAT / FISH

  • Crumbed chicken schnitzels2, GF (4-6 / 500-600g)
  • Pork sausages3, GF (8 / 600g)

 

CHILLED / FROZEN

  • Haloumi (300g / 10.6oz)
  • Parmesan cheese (90g)
  • Frozen triangle hash browns4, GF (8-10, or 4-6 larger hash browns)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Sesame seeds (4 tsp)
  • Eggs (4)
  • Soft wraps, any flavourGF (4-6 large)
  • Microwave pouch brown rice and quinoa (250g / 8.8oz)
  • Canned pesto flavoured tomatoes5 (400g / 14oz)

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (4 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (3/4 tsp)
  • Balsamic vinegar (1 Tbsp)
  • AioliGF (80ml / 2.7 fl.oz)
  • Wholegrain mustard (3 1/2 tsp)
  • Honey (1 Tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (1 Tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 If you can’t find snow peas, use 100g / 3.5oz baby spinach.

2 Any crumbed schnitzel is fine (chicken, pork or beef).

3 If you prefer, you can use 250g / 8.8oz bacon instead.

4 Kumara rosti are a good alternative to hash browns.

5 If you can’t find pesto tomatoes, use Italian flavoured instead.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Use gluten-free chicken schnitzel or swap for chicken tenderloins (gluten-free crumbed or fresh). Choose gluten-free sausages and hash browns. Replace wraps with your favourite gluten-free wraps. Ensure aioli is gluten-free.
