GF Gluten-free swaps: Swap filo pastry for gluten-free pastry, wraps, corn chips or kumara chips. Use your favourite gluten-free pasta. Swap stock pot for 1-2 gluten-free vegetable stock cubes. Check pinto beans, chutney and mayonnaise. Use gluten-free soy sauce, plain flour, cornflour and stock cube/powder.
