  • Apple cider vinegar (1 1/2 Tbsp)

  • Dijon mustard (1 Tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (2 Tbsp)
  • CornflourGF (2 Tbsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (2 tsp)
  • Beef stock cubeGF (1)

1 You can use broccoli instead.

2 Can be replaced with green beans or carrots.

3 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or tenderloins are good options.

4 Can substitute chorizo or salami. Swap dill for oregano or basil.

5 Roti can be excluded. Increase quantity of rice to 2 packets.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure bacon is gluten-free. Choose gluten-free roti or leave it out (increase rice to 2 packets). Use gluten-free pastry or omit altogether (add new potatoes). Choose gluten-free stock, pesto, fish sauce, cornflour and stock powder/cube.
