PANTRY STAPLES

  • Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (2 tsp)
  • Sesame oil (4 tsp)
  • Red wine vinegar (1 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Japanese or regular mayonnaiseGF (4 Tbsp)
  • Soy sauceGF (150ml / 5.1 fl.oz)
  • Brown sugar (6 Tbsp)
  • Caster sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Garlic powder (1 1/2 tsp)
  • Dried basil (1 tsp)
  • Dried oregano (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can be swapped for green beans or frozen veggies.

2 Try white fish or chicken (thighs or tenderloins) instead of salmon.

3 Rump steak and prawns also work.

4 Make vegetarian by using vegetarian sausages.

5 Italian flavoured or regular crushed tomatoes can be used instead.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Choose gluten-free sausages and peanuts (regular roasted, salted peanuts are fine). Use gluten-free tortillas. Replace stock pot with 1-2 gluten-free stock cubes. Use gluten-free mayonnaise and soy sauce.
