1 Can be swapped for green beans or frozen veggies.
2 Try white fish or chicken (thighs or tenderloins) instead of salmon.
3 Rump steak and prawns also work.
4 Make vegetarian by using vegetarian sausages.
5 Italian flavoured or regular crushed tomatoes can be used instead.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Choose gluten-free sausages and peanuts (regular roasted, salted peanuts are fine). Use gluten-free tortillas. Replace stock pot with 1-2 gluten-free stock cubes. Use gluten-free mayonnaise and soy sauce.
