2 Chicken mince would also work.
3 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are a good alternative.
4 If jackfruit doesn’t appeal, replace with store-bought pulled pork (you will need around 450g / 1lb) and omit barbecue sauce.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Swap pastry for gluten-free tortillas/tacos and use gluten-free panko breadcrumbs. Ensure barbecue sauce is gluten-free. Use gluten-free soy sauce, cornflour and stock powder.
