1 You can use green cabbage instead, if you can’t find wombok.
2 Use 2 large chicken breasts as an alternative to 4 pieces schnitzel.
3 I used Philadelphia Light Cooking Cream. Lite cream cheese or regular cream are both good alternatives.
4 For a tomatoey version, used sundried tomato pesto.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure pesto is gluten-free. Use gluten-free breadcrumbs, tortillas and pasta. Make sure chilli beans, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce are gluten-free. Choose gluten-free plain flour and stock.
