1 If you can’t find watercress, any leafy salad green will do.

2 Choose broccoli instead of broccolini for a cheaper option. 

3 Kumara / sweet potato can be used instead of regular potatoes.

4 Plain flour is a suitable alternative to brown rice flour.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure sausages are gluten-free. Check packaging to ensure cashews, cornflour and mirin are gluten-free. Choose gluten-free aioli, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, baking powder and curry powder.
