If you don’t like fish, use boneless chicken thighs or tenderloins.

Use beef mince if you can’t find lamb mince.

I used Turkish Bread butter-flavoured roti. Wraps or tortillas are a good alternative.

Can be substituted with plain flour.

If you can’t find pesto flavoured, use Italian flavoured instead.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Choose a gluten-free butterflied chicken. Ensure pesto is gluten-free. Swap roti for gluten-free wraps or tortillas. Replace wide lasagne with your favourite gluten-free pasta. Choose gluten-free aioli and stock cubes.
