GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure salami is gluten-free. Use gluten-free pastry, skip it altogether or replace with gluten-free hash browns. Choose gluten-free corn chips. Replace noodles with rice or rice noodles. Use gluten-free pizza sauce. Gluten-free oyster sauce is a good replacement for hoisin sauce (but not vegetarian). Choose gluten-free dumplings or swap for tofu, beef or chicken. Choose gluten-free aioli, soy sauce and cornflour.
