  • Green beans (250g / 8.8oz)
  • Potatoes (i.e. Agria) (700g / 1lb 9oz)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)

 

MEAT / FISH

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs3 (600g / 1lb 5oz)
  • Proscuitto4, GF (70g / 2.5oz)

 

CHILLED / FROZEN

  • Lite cream cheese (160ml / 5.4 fl.oz)
  • Tasty cheddar cheese (300g / 10.6oz)
  • Parmesan cheese (40g / 1.4oz)
  • Milk (410ml / 14 fl.oz)
  • Frozen puff pastry sheetsGF (2 sheets / 300g / 10.6oz)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Tuna in spring water (200g can / 7oz can)
  • Whole kernel corn (410g can / 14oz can)
  • Sliced sundried tomatoes (50g / 1.8oz)
  • Microwave pouch black or brown rice (250g / 8.8oz)
  • Sweetened dried cranberries (50g / 1.8oz)
  • Sunflower seeds (2 Tbsp)
  • Sesame seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Poppy seeds (1 tsp) optional

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Eggs (2)
  • Butter (50g / 1.8oz)
  • Olive oil (1 tsp +3 1/2 Tbsp)
  • AioliGF (1 Tbsp)
  • Dijon mustard (4 tsp)
  • Honey (1 Tbsp)
  • Plain flour GF (40g / 1.4oz)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (3 tsp)
  • Sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • Dried dill (3/4 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 If you can’t find sango sprouts, try alfalfa sprouts instead.

2 If you don’t like asparagus, try sliced tomatoes or baby spinach.

3 Chicken tenderloins would work well too.

4 Can be substituted for thinly sliced bacon.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure prosciutto is gluten-free. Use gluten-free pastry or try a gluten-free pizza base. Make sure aioli is gluten-free and use plain gluten-free flour and gluten-free stock powder.
