  • Butter (95g)
  • Greek yoghurt (125ml)
  • Hummus (100g)
  • Fresh fettuccine (300g)
  • Parmesan cheese (90g)
  • Feta cheese (50g)
  • Cream (80ml)
  • Frozen mixed vegetables (150g)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Slivered almonds (35g)

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Milk (205ml)
  • Olive oil (80ml)
  • Flour (375g)
  • Sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • Dijon mustard (2 tsp)
  • Dried oregano (1 tsp)
  • Ground cumin (1 tsp)
  • Paprika (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

¹ If asparagus isn’t in season, you could use green beans or broccoli instead (fresh or frozen).

² Any standard white fish will work (i.e. snapper, tarakihi, hoki). Choose according to availability and budget.
