  • White or wheatmeal bread, for croutons3, GF (2 slices)

  • Chicken stockGF (750ml / 3 cups)
  • Miso pasteGF (2 tsp)
  • White wine (60ml / 2 fl.oz) optional

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Olive oil (115ml / 3.9 fl.oz)
  • White vinegar (60ml / 2 fl.oz)
  • Dijon mustard (4 tsp)
  • CornflourGF (25g / 0.9oz)
  • Sugar (4 tsp)
  • Dried oregano (3 tsp)
  • Paprika (1 tsp)
  • Dried rosemary (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Preferably raw, can be thawed or frozen. Can use prawns instead.

2 Choose either a block or bag of shaved parmesan.

3 If you don’t want to buy a whole loaf of bread, choose ready-made croutons instead or buy extra bread rolls to use.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure bacon is gluten-free. Use gluten-free bread rolls or choose your favourite gluten-free bread. Slices of bread can be replaced with roasted, salted cashews or almonds. Make sure chicken stock, miso paste and cornflour are gluten-free.
