1 Preferably raw, can be thawed or frozen. Can use prawns instead.
2 Choose either a block or bag of shaved parmesan.
3 If you don’t want to buy a whole loaf of bread, choose ready-made croutons instead or buy extra bread rolls to use.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Ensure bacon is gluten-free. Use gluten-free bread rolls or choose your favourite gluten-free bread. Slices of bread can be replaced with roasted, salted cashews or almonds. Make sure chicken stock, miso paste and cornflour are gluten-free.
