GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure pesto and ham are gluten-free. Replace pastry with extra kumara, gluten-free pastry or gluten-free wraps. Swap bread for gluten-free panko breadcrumbs and couscous for quinoa or millet. Ensure stock is gluten-free. Use gluten-free flour, cornflour and stock cubes.
