PANTRY STAPLES

  • Egg (1)
  • Olive oil (5 tsp)
  • Peanut oil (3 Tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (1 tsp)
  • Rice vinegar (1 Tbsp)
  • Soy sauceGF (3 Tbsp)
  • Worcestershire sauceGF (2 tsp)
  • Honey (2 1/2 Tbsp)
  • CornflourGF (3 Tbsp)
  • Beef stock cubeGF (1)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1 Tbsp)
  • Ground cumin (1 1/2 tsp)
  • Ground paprika (1 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • Dried oregano (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can swap for 450g / 1lb raw prawns or diced fresh salmon.

2 Use regular crunchy tacos if you can’t find the stand ’n stuff ones.

3 I used Heinz Tomato & Sweet Basil pasta sauce.

GF Gluten-free swaps: If dressing for slaw isn’t gluten-free, add your own favourite creamy dressing instead. Ensure mayo is gluten-free. Choose gluten-free breadcrumbs, pasta sauce, chilli beans, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cornflour and stock cube/powder.
