  • Plain, unsweetened yoghurt (285g / 10oz)

  • Parmesan cheese (45g / 1.6oz)
  • Frozen peas (160g / 5.6oz)

  • Panko breadcrumbsGF (125g / 4.4oz)
  • Wholemeal or regular couscousGF (190g / 6.7oz)
  • Indian korma curry pasteGF (50g / 1.8oz)
  • Mango chutney (3 Tbsp) optional

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Eggs (6)
  • Olive oil (83ml / 2.8 fl.oz)
  • Rice bran oil (60ml / 2 fl.oz)
  • Sweet chilli sauce or chutney (3 Tbsp)
  • Wholegrain mustard (1 tsp)
  • Honey (3 tsp)
  • Beef stock cube5, GF (1)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (1 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can swap for basil or mint.

2 Can replace with extra baby spinach.

3 1/2 small red onion will work instead.

4 550g boneless, skinless chicken breasts are a good alternative.

3 Can replace with lamb mince and lamb stock cube.

4 Sundried tomato, capsicum or basil dips also work well.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Choose gluten-free bacon and dip. Swap puff pastry for gluten-free pastry. Use gluten-free panko breadcrumbs. Swap couscous for 2 x 250g microwave pouches brown rice and quinoa and skip chicken stock. Choose gluten-free curry paste and stock cube.
