  • Filo pastry3, GF (1 packet / 375g / 13.2oz)

  • Microwave pouches of brown basmati rice (2 x 250g / 2 x 8.8oz)
  • Sundried tomato pesto (3 Tbsp) 
  • Tomato relish (80g / 2.8oz) optional
  • Cranberry sauce (100g / 3.5oz)
  • Sunflower seeds (2 Tbsp)
  • Eggs (7)

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Milk (60ml)
  • Olive oil (100ml)
  • Red wine vinegar (2 Tbsp)
  • Balsamic vinegar (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (1 Tbsp)
  • Soy sauceGF (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Wholegrain mustard (2 tsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (1 tsp)
  • Poppy seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Dried oregano (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 If fresh beans are too expensive, choose frozen beans instead.

2 The courgettes can be replaced with 60g (2.1oz) baby spinach.

3 I prefer chilled filo pastry rather than the frozen one.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure your bacon is gluten-free. Replace filo pastry with gluten-free wraps or pastry. Use gluten-free soy sauce and chicken stock powder.
