  • Unsweetened Greek yoghurt (250ml / 8.5 fl.oz)
  • Feta cheese (180g / 6.3oz)
  • Parmesan cheese (68g / 2.4oz)
  • Frozen peas (160g / 5.6oz)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Roasted almonds (53g / 1.9oz)

  • Sultanas (53g / 1.9oz)
  • Brown or white rice flour (90g / 3.2oz)
  • Microwave pouches brown basmati rice (2 x 250g / 2 x 8.8oz)
  • Dried risoni / orzo pasta4, GF (300g / 10.6oz)
  • Roasted red peppers, drained of oil (400g / 14oz / 1 large jar)
  • Brown lentils (400g can / 14oz)
  • Coconut milk (400ml / 13.5 fl.oz)
  • White wine (60ml / 2 fl.oz) optional

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Eggs (3)
  • Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (4 Tbsp)
  • Rice bran oil (4 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Honey (2 tsp)
  • Wholegrain mustard (1 tsp)
  • Baking powderGF (1 tsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (2 tsp)
  • Coriander seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Cumin seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Moroccan seasoningGF (1 Tbsp)
  • Dried rosemary (1 tsp)
  • Garam masala (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Broccoflower looks like a small green-tinged cauliflower!

2 Bacon can be swapped for chorizo or smoked chicken.

3 If you don’t like dates, replace with sultanas or omit completely.

4 You could use any small pasta instead.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure bacon is gluten-free. Swap risoni for a small gluten-free pasta. Use gluten-free baking powder and stock powder. Make sure Moroccan seasoning is gluten-free.
