CHILLED / FROZEN

  • Spinach and ricotta ravioli4, GF (600g / 1lb 5oz)
  • Unsweetened Greek yoghurt (125ml / 4.2 fl.oz)
  • Ricotta (250g / 8.8oz)
  • Colby or cheddar cheese (150g / 5.3oz)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Microwave pouches brown rice (2 x 250g / 2 x 8.8oz)
  • Tomato-based pasta sauce (800g / 1lb 12oz)
  • Whole corn kernels (400g can / 14oz)

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Cooking oil spray (small quantity)
  • Olive oil (3 Tbsp)
  • Balsamic vinegar (1 Tbsp)
  • Balsamic glaze or any salad dressing (small quantity)
  • Soy sauceGF (2 Tbsp)
  • Dried oregano (1 tsp)
  • Dried thyme (1 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Ground cumin (1 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Bagged salad, usually containing lettuce, red cabbage and carrot.

2 Can be swapped for 1 large red onion.

3 Alternatives: firm white fish fillets or 500g / 1lb 2oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs.

4 Can use a meaty version or add salami or shredded chicken.

GF Gluten-free swaps: If gluten-free ravioli isn’t available, use oven-ready gluten-free lasagne sheets. Choose gluten-free soy sauce.
