PANTRY STAPLES

  • Egg (1)
  • Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (70ml / 2.4 fl.oz)
  • AioliGF (4 Tbsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (2 tsp)
  • Ground paprika (3 tsp)
  • Cumin seeds (2 tsp) optional
  • Ground cumin (2 tsp)
  • Dried coriander (1 tsp)
  • Ground cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can reduce to 1/2 cauliflower + 400g / 14oz potatoes.

2 For a lighter option, use 4 portobello mushrooms instead.

3 Can use 600g / 1lb 5oz boneless (skinless ok too) chicken thighs.

4 Try beef mince instead.

5 Swap for regular canned crushed tomatoes + 1 teaspoon sugar.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure chorizo and dip are gluten-free. Use gluten-free burger buns. Ensure stock, relish, aioli and stock powder are gluten-free.
