  • Sesame seeds (8 Tbsp)

  • Microwave pouches brown rice (2 x 250g / 2 x 8.8oz)
  • Miso pasteGF (65g / 2.3oz)
  • Cooking sake4, GF (2 Tbsp)
  • Sliced peaches in juice5 (410g can / 14.5oz)
  • Whole corn kernels (400g can / 14oz)

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Olive oil (3 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (3 tsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1 Tbsp)
  • AioliGF (2 Tbsp)
  • Soy sauceGF (2 Tbsp)
  • Wholegrain mustard (1 Tbsp)
  • Honey or maple syrup (3 Tbsp)
  • Dried oregano (2 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (2 tsp)
  • Ground cumin (1 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Swap for white fish fillets or boneless, skinless chicken thighs.

2 Can use chicken or turkey mince instead.

3 Sirloin steak or boneless, skinless chicken thighs are good options.

4 Can be replaced with mirin, Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry.

5 Use 2-3 fresh peaches instead if you like, if available.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Choose gluten-free tortillas or wraps. Ensure miso and sake are gluten-free. Use gluten-free aioli and soy sauce.
