2 Alternatives: canned salmon or chicken, or chicken or pork mince.
3 Highly recommended, but omit if you don’t like!
4 Can be omitted and beef mince increased to 550g / 1lb 3oz.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Dry roasted peanuts can be replaced with regular salted peanuts. Use a small gluten-free pasta. Choose gluten-free panko breadcrumbs. Make sure curry paste and fish sauce are gluten-free. Choose gluten-free aioli, Worcestershire sauce, stock cubes and stock powder.
