  • Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (3 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Rice bran oil (3 Tbsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar (5 tsp)
  • Soy sauceGF (3 Tbsp)
  • MayonnaiseGF (2 Tbsp)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tsp)
  • Honey (60ml / 2 fl.oz)
  • Sugar (1 tsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (2 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (2 tsp)
  • Dried oregano (1 1/2 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1 1/2 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (1/4 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can swap for a capsicum or a couple handfuls baby spinach.

2 You could use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead.

3 Any type of schnitzel can be used.

4 Can be swapped for 200g / 7oz shaved ham.

5 You could use 45g / 1.6oz parmesan instead.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure bacon is gluten-free. Use gluten-free cornflakes, wraps or tortillas and panko breadcrumbs. Check pizza sauce is gluten-free. Choose gluten-free soy sauce, mayonnaise and stock powder.
