  • Tasty cheddar cheese (200g / 7oz)
  • Frozen peas (160g / 5.6oz)

GENERAL GROCERY

  • Sourdough or white breadGF (small loaf / 400g / 14oz)
  • Eggs (8)
  • Sliced almonds (2 Tbsp)
  • White or brown rice flour (150g / 5.3oz)
  • Dried pasta shellsGF (300g / 10.6oz)
  • Fish sauce5, GF (1 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Lite coconut cream or milk (200ml / 6.8 fl.oz)

 

PANTRY STAPLES

  • Milk (375ml / 12.7 fl.oz)
  • Cooking oil spray (small quantity)
  • Butter (1 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (2 Tbsp)
  • Peanut oil (3 Tbsp)
  • White vinegar (80ml / 2.7 fl.oz)
  • Balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze (2 tsp)
  • Wholegrain mustard (2 tsp)
  • Caster sugar (2 Tbsp)
  • Baking powderGF (1 tsp)
  • Chicken stock powderGF (1 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper

1 Can be omitted or replaced with a little baby spinach.

2 Can be swapped for 250g / 8.8oz bacon.

3 You can use the same quantity of bacon or 400g / 14oz sausages.

4 Prawns can be replaced with 400g / 14oz can whole corn kernels.

5 Fish sauce gives the best flavour, but can be subbed for soy sauce.

GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure chorizo is gluten-free. Choose your favourite gluten-free bread and dried pasta. Make sure fish sauce is gluten-free. Choose gluten-free baking powder and stock powder.
