1 I used Lewis Road Creamery Garlic & Parsley Butter.
2 Can be swapped for sundried tomato pesto.
3 You can use feta cheese instead (approximately 100g / 3.5oz).
4 Use dried brown rice (250g / 8.8oz) if you prefer to cook your own.
5 Can be replaced with 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Check pesto is gluten-free. Swap pastry for gluten-free pastry or tortillas. Use gluten-free stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, flour, cornflour and stock cubes/powder.
