4 I used “Bega Stringers” (best option). The next best option is a block of mozzarella cut into sticks.
GF Gluten-free swaps: Make sure bacon and pepperoni are gluten-free. Use gluten-free self-raising flour. Omit semolina. Use gluten-free chicken stock and a small gluten-free pasta (or rice). Ensure pizza paste and aioli are gluten-free.
