Finish the week with lamb rogan josh. One of the more popular lamb curries, it’s fragrantly spiced rather than hot and spicy.

Start the week off with delicious roasted chicken thighs, paired with grapes and shallots. Next on the menu is gnocchi bolognese. It’s a nice twist on spaghetti bolognese and ready in under 30 minutes. Round out the week with Turkish gozleme - moreish homemade flatbreads stuffed with spinach and feta.

It’s more like a savoury slice (no pasta!). Round out the week with a Chinese pork stir fry. Full of flavour but not overpowering, it’s a meal the whole family will enjoy.
