This week’s menu begins with tasty salmon burgers. My version features patties made from fresh salmon. Next up is California chicken, coated in a deliciously tangy yet sweet balsamic marinade. Finish the week with lamb rogan josh. One of the more popular lamb curries, it’s fragrantly spiced rather than hot and spicy.
Start the week off with delicious roasted chicken thighs, paired with grapes and shallots. Next on the menu is gnocchi bolognese. It’s a nice twist on spaghetti bolognese and ready in under 30 minutes. Round out the week with Turkish gozleme - moreish homemade flatbreads stuffed with spinach and feta.
First up - a comforting meal of bacon wrapped fish baked on creamy leeks and served with a mixed veggie mash. Beef satay noodles are next on the menu. They feature plenty of delicious, creamy sauce. Finish the week with Vietnamese chicken crepes, stuffed full of chicken, veggies, peanuts and hoisin sauce.
Chicken burgers to start off the week, minus the bun and layered with kumara rounds instead. So good! Next on the menu are mini bacon and egg pies, served with a broccoli Caesar salad. End the week with nourishing buddha bowls. They feature delicious haloumi and a creamy avocado dressing.
Say hello to a week of super quick and easy meals! First on the menu is chicken fettuccine - it’s indulgent but still nutritious. Next up is popular chilli con carne. Serve on rice and load up with all the tasty toppings. Finish the week with prawn tacos, featuring crispy prawns, slaw and avocado.
First on this week’s menu is Chinese chicken salad, featuring plenty of fresh veggies, crunchy noodles and a tangy dressing. Next up is quick lamb tagine - easy, flavoursome and ready in well under an hour. Finish the week with spinach, feta and mashed potato stuffed sausages. Vegetarian or meaty - your choice!
Enjoy the last of soup season with an Italian meatball soup. It’s topped with two cheeses and fresh basil. Tuna bake is next on the menu - but not your typical tuna bake. It’s more like a savoury slice (no pasta!). Round out the week with a Chinese pork stir fry. Full of flavour but not overpowering, it’s a meal the whole family will enjoy.
What’s cooking this week? The first recipe is a super simple chicken tray bake. Throw it together and pop it in the oven. Next up are vegetarian burritos loaded with veggies, beans and cheese - a great meal to involve the family with. Finish the week with beef and soba noodle salad, featuring caramelised cashews for extra deliciousness.
First on the menu is easy Indian spiced fish. Delicately spiced rather than hot and spicy, and perfect served with Indian-style fried rice. Next up is a warm chicken salad. It has maximum flavour from just a handful of ingredients. Finish the week with a true classic - lasagne. Lentils stretch the mince further and taste just as good!
Crispy chicken wraps are first on the menu this week. They’re simple, quick and easily customised. Then it’s breakfast for dinner with delicious brinner stacks, layered up with brunch ingredients. The vegetarian meal to end the week is sweet potato, orange and haloumi salad - a surprisingly tasty combination of ingredients.
