If ever there was a time to get cooking, this is it! First on this week’s menu is antipasto chicken. It’s loaded up with flavoursome ingredients, making simple new potatoes and salad a great accompaniment. Curried mince is up next. Packed with Indian spices but eaten a bit like nachos, it features lentils and extra veggies for good nutrition. End the week with a vegetarian (or vegan) noodle salad.
