YOUR ULTIMATE MENU 97   |  16th MARCH 2020

I promised a week of quicker recipes, so here they are! First on this week’s menu is a Chinese chicken stir fry. It ticks all the boxes - simple, veggie-packed and not lacking in the sauce department. Bagel veggie stacks are up next. A delicious vegetarian meal loaded up with pesto, rocket, mushrooms and haloumi. End the week with spaghetti bolognese, a true classic! This version is my everyday recipe plus a few extra veggies.
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Chinese Chicken Stir Fry • Bagel Veggie Stacks • Spaghetti Bolognese.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Go for an off-dry Riesling.

OTHER NOTES:
Any leftover chuckwagon corn mix can be used in place of frozen mixed veggies. Try this Indian spiced fish or an easy meatloaf.
