YOUR ULTIMATE MENU 96   |  9th MARCH 2020

This week’s hero ingredients are yoghurt + plenty of herbs and spices! Menu 96 kicks off with lemon pepper fish bites. Serve with crispy roast spuds and a fresh salad with creamy dressing. Lower carb lamb saagwala is next on the menu. It’s lightly spiced and a great way to eat your greens. Finish up the week with filo pastry sausage rolls. They’re deliciously moreish, as is the salad that goes with them. Happy cooking!

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Riesling would go with all 3 meals.

OTHER NOTES:
There’s a long list of herbs and spices in this week’s pantry staples (sorry, blame the homemade curry!) - BUT, it's a great excuse to clean out the cupboard, get rid of any expired spices and stock up on fresh ones!
