If you like Asian-inspired food, you’ll enjoy this week’s menu! First up are juicy Thai pork patties. They’re served on a noodle salad brimming with colourful veggies and roasted peanuts. Next on the menu are ricotta dumplings. Baked in a rich tomato sauce and balanced out with a crisp green salad - this vegetarian meal is so delicious! Round out the week with Japanese beef schnitzel bowls. Load them up with rice, slaw and a generous dollop of yum yum sauce.
