This week’s menu explores some exciting flavour combinations! First up is five spice chicken. This gourmet Chinese-inspired meal combines tender oven-baked chicken with a sweet yet tangy blueberry sauce. Next on the menu is smoked fish salad - a great summer’s lunch or dinner that can be thrown together in just 20 minutes. Finish the week with Moroccan lamb, served with bulghur wheat, grilled zucchini and crunchy homemade dukkah.
