Back to school means a week of quick and easy recipes! First on the menu is a refreshing watermelon salad. It’s paired with cucumber, feta and mint (so good!) and served with chicken and new potatoes. Next up are breakfast pizzas. These indulgent pizzas feature hash browns, bacon, eggs and red onion. Delicious any time of day! End the week with a super green pesto pasta. An easy vegetarian recipe that jazzes up store-bought pasta with pesto and veggies. Yum!

OTHER NOTES:
Leftover watermelon makes a great refreshing snack on a hot day. If you have some feta left over, you could add this to the pesto pasta instead of parmesan.
