On the menu this week are some of my favourite meals! Start the week off well with Asian-style pork lettuce cups - they're really easy to make and a fun family dinner (no knife and fork required!). Steak with mash and creamy mushroom sauce is packed with nutrients and a delicious meal to look forward to in the middle of the week. Finish off with an epic fish burger as a great Friday night alternative to takeaways. Yum!
I have now tried the Thai Chicken Salad and we both really loved it. My husband is not a fan of Brown Rice and Quinoa so I didn’t tell him it was amongst the ingredients. He finished his plate and said it was really nice. When I asked him if he minded the Brown Rice/Quinoa he looked surprised and said he didn’t even notice.
Will be doing this recipe again. Now have to decide which recipe to try next as they all look so good.
