The first menu of 2020 features plenty of delicious seasonal produce. Start the week off with chicken larb lettuce cups. This fresh and tasty Thai-inspired meal pairs chicken and vermicelli noodles with mango, cashews and fresh herbs. Next on the menu are steak melts. Thick slices of ciabatta loaded up with cheese, caramelised onions, mushrooms and steak. Yum! End the week with a vegetarian baked feta and strawberry salad. It’s bursting with goodness!
