Refer to these notes when cooking the corn and prawn fritters:
Parmesan can be swapped for 50g / 1.8oz feta. The chives and red onion can be replaced with 3 spring onions - 1 in the salad and 2 in the fritters. You can use rice bran oil instead of vegetable oil. Yoghurt / sour cream - can use one or the other.
No changes required to the other recipes!
