It’s the second to last menu of the year! Start the week off with a powerhouse of a salad. This chicken and chorizo salad is loaded up with plenty of yummy ingredients. Teriyaki tofu is up next. A great meatless meal with an easy homemade teriyaki sauce. Finish the week with succulent Greek lamb chops. They’re roasted with flavoursome veggies and served on rocket and risoni. Happy cooking!

OTHER NOTES: I'll have to create some more recipes to use up the cooking sake! If you have extra feta cheese left over from the chicken and chorizo salad, this would make a nice addition to the Greek lamb chops meal.
