Kick December off with some delicious dinners from the latest menu. The salmon and buckwheat salad is a healthy start to the week. That green goddess dressing is SO good! Next up are balsamic pulled chicken rolls. A fast, easy and tasty alternative to pulled pork, they make a great weeknight meal. Round out the week with beef and mushroom cannelloni. It might just become a family favourite!

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Salmon and Buckwheat Salad • Balsamic Pulled Chicken Rolls • Beef and Mushroom Cannelloni.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Either a Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir.

OTHER NOTES:
If you have some extra undressed slaw left over, try tossing it through a green salad. You could also add it to a stir fry. Left over fresh mint and basil make a nice addition to sparkling water, or try avocado, tomato and basil on toast or crisp breads.
