This week’s fresh new menu features prawn laksa as the first recipe. A popular Malaysian coconut noodle soup, it’s full of flavour and interesting ingredients! Quick and easy steak burrito bowls are up next. They’re tasty, filling and naturally gluten-free. End the week with a simple tater tot slice - mini hash browns layered up with bacon, eggs, cheese and pesto. Happy cooking!

OTHER NOTES:
Wondering what to do with the small quantity of leftover crushed and sieved tomatoes? Try simmering them with a little balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and Italian herbs to make an easy homemade pizza sauce. Leftover fried shallots make a great addition to salads and stir fries. Give them a go with this Chinese chicken salad.
