Sticky chicken wings are first on this week’s menu. The marinade is so tasty - I can guarantee you’ll be licking your fingers! Next up are flavoursome beef nachos. They’re super easy to make and topped with lots of fresh salad for an indulgent but still nutritious meal. End the week with a warm vegetarian pasta salad. It’s chock full of roasted veggies. Toss through a tangy Italian-style dressing and crumble salty feta over the top. Delicious!
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best use of fresh ingredients):
Sticky Chicken Wings • Beef Nachos • Vegetarian Pasta Salad.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
An off-dry Riesling would be your best bet.

OTHER NOTES:
If you have some extra spring onions, these are great both on top of the nachos and stirred into the pasta salad. Wanting to use up the oyster sauce? Try this prawn cashew nut stir fry or this Chinese pork stir fry.
