This week's menu features multiple different cuisines, including two in the same meal. Start the week off with a Meatless Monday dinner of cheesy pumpkin quesadillas with pickled red onion, sour cream and lime. Teriyaki chicken on quick fried rice is a mash up of Japanese and Chinese - not at all authentic but so easy and tasty. The final meal - bacon and egg pie - has a few adaptations on the classic and is well worth a try.
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and to maximise fresh ingredients):
Cheesy Pumpkin Quesadillas • Teriyaki Chicken • Bacon and Egg Pie.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Sauvignon Blanc goes really well with all three meals.

OTHER NOTES:
If you struggle to find the exact weights of baby spinach and silverbeet (or regular spinach), you can replace some of one with the other (except in the salad to go with the pie).
