This week’s menu features twists on popular favourites. First up are chicken burgers, minus the bun and layered with kumara rounds instead. So good! Mini bacon and egg pies are next on the menu, lightened up with filo pastry and served with a broccoli Caesar salad. End the week with nourishing buddha bowls. They feature plenty of delicious ingredients, including haloumi, a creamy avocado dressing and soy flavoured nuts and seeds (so moreish!).

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Chicken Burger Stacks • Mini Bacon and Egg Pies • Buddha Bowls.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Choose your favourite white wine.

OTHER NOTES:
If you can't find a 150g / 5.3oz bag baby spinach, use a 120g / 4.2oz bag instead and reduce quantity in the buddha bowls to 90g / 3.2oz.
