What’s cooking this week? First on the menu is a Chinese chicken salad. It features plenty of fresh veggies, crunchy noodles and a delicious tangy dressing. Next up is quick lamb tagine. It might be a little less authentic but it’s easy, flavoursome and ready in well under an hour. Finish the week with spinach, feta and mashed potato stuffed sausages. You can go the vegetarian route or opt for regular sausages - your choice!
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Chinese Chicken Salad • Quick Lamb Tagine • Stuffed Sausages.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
For white - choose an off-dry Riesling. For red, go for a light Merlot.

OTHER NOTES:
If you purchased more feta than you need for the stuffed sausages, any extra makes a great addition to the lamb tagine. You can also use any leftover coriander from the Chinese chicken salad on the lamb tagine.
