Enjoy the last of soup season with the first meal on this week’s menu, a hearty Italian meatball soup. Topped with two cheeses and fresh basil, it’s delicious served with fresh bread and butter. Tuna bake is next on the menu - but not your typical tuna bake. It’s more like a savoury slice (no pasta in sight!) with an irresistible cheesy top. Round out the week with a Chinese pork stir fry. Flavoursome without being overpowering, it’s a tasty meal the whole family will enjoy.

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Italian Meatball Soup • Tuna Bake • Chinese Pork Stir Fry.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
An off-dry Riesling.

OTHER NOTES:
If you have some bocconcini or mozzarella left over from the Italian meatball soup, this makes a great addition to the salad for the tuna bake. Any extra semi-dried or sundried tomatoes would be great in these meatball subs (if you can handle meatballs twice in one week!).
