Then it’s breakfast for dinner with delicious brinner stacks. Layer up crispy hash browns, mushrooms, spinach, sausages and eggs, then finish off with a homemade tomato sauce. The vegetarian meal to end the week is sweet potato, orange and haloumi salad. An unusual but tasty combination of ingredients.
