What’s your favourite meal to indulge in? A decent burger and fries is right up near the top of the list for me. These lamb and haloumi burgers with kumara fries are sure to go down a treat! Next on the menu is chicken, roasted beetroot and feta salad. With pearl couscous, pinenuts and fresh mint, this is definitely a winner dinner. Finish the week with vegetarian stuffed butternut. It’s just as good as a meaty version with mince. Not the quickest meal, but really easy to make.
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Lamb and Haloumi Burgers • Chicken, Roasted Beetroot and Feta Salad • Vegetarian Stuffed Butternut.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A red would be best this week. Try a Cabernet Sauvignon.
